Welcome to Yolo Jersey. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers who access or purchase products through yolojersey.com (“the Site”).

2. Custom Products

2.1 Personalized Jerseys

All jerseys sold on the Site are made-to-order and customized according to your specifications — including player name, number, size, patch options, and any additional custom text. By placing an order, you confirm that all customization details you provide are accurate and as intended.

2.2 Design Approval

Once an order is submitted, customization details cannot be changed. Please double-check your selections — including spelling of names, number choices, patch placements, and sizing — before completing your purchase.

2.3 Image & Color Disclaimer

We strive to display product colors and details as accurately as possible. However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and manufacturing processes. Product images are for reference only.

3. Orders & Payment

3.1 Order Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including but not limited to cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of materials.

3.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in your selected currency and are subject to change without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time your order is placed. Promotional codes and coupons must be applied at checkout — they cannot be applied retroactively.

3.3 Payment

Payment is due at the time of purchase. We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4. Shipping & Delivery

4.1 Processing Time

Since each jersey is custom-made, production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipment. During peak seasons or for complex customizations, production time may be extended.

4.2 Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.

4.3 Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance, carrier issues, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

5. Returns & Refunds

5.1 Custom Product Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our products, all custom jersey sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for customized items except in the following cases:

• The product is defective or damaged upon arrival
• The product received is materially different from what you ordered (wrong size, wrong player, wrong customization)
• The product does not meet our quality standards

5.2 Claims

If you believe your order qualifies for a return or refund, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We will review your claim and respond within 3 business days.

5.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1 Our Content

All content on the Site — including logos, graphics, product images, text, and site design — is the property of Yolo Jersey or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

6.2 Team & Player References

Club names, national team names, player names, and league marks referenced on the Site are the property of their respective owners. Yolo Jersey is an independent custom apparel maker and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sports team, league, or governing body unless explicitly stated.

6.3 User-Submitted Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or other content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and reproduce that content for marketing and promotional purposes.

7. Account & Conduct

7.1 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

7.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Submit false or misleading information
• Attempt to interfere with the Site’s operation or security
